Some strange fish has started a fake Tweeter account called "Ben Swaggerty" (he claims to be the black brother of Ben Haggerty, Macklemore). Its avatar is a white guy in blackface, "@Blacklemore," and the bio section states: "My City's Filthy, Nigga. Fuck a Atmosphere."
A typical Tweet:
Black kids, follow me blindly like white children do my half brother @macklemore #cmonbrodontberacist
Another one:
Planned Parenthood is a good program for our youth. Real talk.
One more:
@macklemore they should declare March Mack History Month. I mean you already go St. Patty's day, but fuck it my nigga!
Is it funny? No. Why? Because Macklemore has never pretended to be black or attempted to speak (rap) in black English. Macklemore is white, knows he is white, and is not ashamed to rap about his white upbringing and heritage. So the race thing in the fake account is forced and ultimately mocks blacks (like "vita") more than it mocks Macklemore.
