Today's Music News: Kim Gordon's Clothing Line, Flea and Albarn's Rocket Juice, Missy Elliott's 1st Solo Album in 7 Years

AV Club Undercover List: I've always enjoyed watching the Onion/AV Club Undercover series, and they just released the list of songs that various musicians will be tackling this year.

Kim Gordon Has a Clothing Line: She's working with Paris design team Surface to Air on some fresh digs.

Lana Del Rey at Amoeba: Yesterday I told you that Lana Del Rey has, by all accounts, postponed an upcoming (but un-announced) tour, but she was spotted performing last night at L.A.'s Amoeba Records (where I received my musical education as a kid).

Goofier Than Flea's Collaboration With Thom Yorke?: I still haven't listened to Atoms for Peace, but based on name alone, Damon Albarn and Flea's new project is the sillier of the two with Rocket Juice and the Moon.

Jesus and Mary Chain Tour Texas and New Orleans: They decide the skip over the rest of the country on a four city tour of the U.S. and that makes me real upset.

Missy Elliott and Timbaland to Release Solo Albums...Together: It's the first in three years for Timbo, and we've been waiting seven years for a new record from Missy.

New Nite Jewel Songs: One Second of Love, the new album from Nite Jewel, is set to drop on March 6th, but there are two songs you can grab until then.

Blue Ivy Baby Cosmetics: I'm not surprised to learn that Jay-Z and Beyonce trademarked the name Blue Ivy, as they've gone ahead and reserved the name with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office for "a future line of baby carriages, baby cosmetics, [and] diaper bags. "

Did You Ever Battle Rap Your English Teacher?: Young people (and their teachers) in England are weird. Spoiler alert, the 17 year-old gets (rightfully) put in his place.

Jesus Christ, Beyonce. I really hope "baby cosmetics" is her publicist's stupid way of saying "baby butt cream."
