Dum Dum Girls' New Bassist and Kurt Vile's Hair

I really like bands that have put some thought into their aesthetic...it makes for a more fun show when they actually look like they belong in the same room, not like they got pulled off the street and got thrown up on stage together. The Dum Dum Girls have a black monochrome uniform that looks like this:

They played a really great set, and also have a new bass player in the band since the last time I saw them...their previous bassist Bambi (she was the sole ginger in the group) recently left to front a new project called Cheap Curls that is gonna be releasing a 7" on Art Fag soon.

Most Beautiful Hair Award: Kurt Vile
When I approached the Bigfoot Stage at 4:15pm, it became pretty clear to me that Kurt Vile and the Violators have the most beautiful hair of the whole festival. I would have asked them what conditioner they used to make it look so fantastic, but I'm sure it's a hesher beauty secret they would never share with me.
