fun.
A few more pictures from the last day of Sasquatch 2012. With a truth-in-advertising name newly ascendant fun. drew probably the biggest crowd of the day at the Bigfoot stage, arriving to a personal fanfare and electromagnetically drawing everyone to their occasionally Autotuned set. By the time they closed their set with undeniable hits "We Are Young" and "Some Nights" thousands of sun-drenched fans provided an overwhelming chorus of background vocals. The only other daytime acts with as big of a draw were powered by movie stars: a massive audience arrived for a glimpse of the country music stylings of John C. Reilly and friends packed the Yeti lawn and a million teenagers swarmed to see joke rockers Jack Black and Kyle Gass performing in front of a giant inflatable phoenix penis as Tenacious D.
Less showy, but nonetheless enjoyable were sets from Feist, the amazing longevity of classic indie hits from Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and Silversun Pickups, modern afrobeat futurism from Seattle's favorite Shabazz Palaces, as well as an intense Yeti closer from Ted Leo.
So many more photos after the jump.
