Black Wine is a super group featuring Jeff Schroeck of The Ergs!, his wife Miranda on drums, and Jason Nixon on bass (both also played in Hunchback). The band pairs driving bass lines usually heard in ’70s punk with dark guitar riffs with many leads in minor-key melodies (nerd out time). Basically, it will make sense to you that they covered "Locomotive Breath" by Jethro Tull.
Brick Mower is a newly adopted Don Giovanni Records band who sound like the kind of Jersey pop punk that only after a few listens to you know every word to every song and want to steal the mic at the basement show happening below your room.
The duo have two Seattle shows set up. The one on July 8th at Hollow Earth Radio will also be accompanied by the Space.Craft.Tour bus. A former church bus driving up the West Coast with arts & craft ideas and zines. I dare you to think of a more punk way to spend your summer Sunday evening.
