Video New Mos Generator Video: "Cosmic Ark"

Mos Generator is one of those bands whose place on the shelf in the metal underground escapes me. Their album The Late Great Planet Earth was a progressive-psych rock blessing in the ocean of poor rock efforts that was the aughts, it listens like the Dark Side of the Moon for our generation. I feel like if the world were just, they'd be the franchise player on a decent local label full of other stoner metal bands. I was plenty pleased to hear from Chris Matthews Jr. (Joonior Studios) a while back that he'd be directing a video for "Cosmic Ark" off their new album titled Nomads, which will be available on Ripple Music October 23rd.
Here it is—stick around for the sickeningly sweet psych meltdown around 1:40, featuring projected paiseley and obligatory overlays that somehow never get old.
