Maybe there’s hope for the future yet. Instead of aping Red Hot Chili Peppers, Interpol, or , the Decemberists, these young’uns are faithfully covering shoegaze deities My Bloody Valentine in their homes. Surely this is a more fruitful springboard into challenging musical endeavors than most. These youths may not be killing their idols, as Sonic Youth instructed, but at least they’re honoring one of the greatest with skill. Check 'em out here.
