I'm gonna vote for the White Boots too... although the OBEY tank top is a close second, because of the word placement alone. Although for overall style, I'd have to go with Ms. Blouse... rocking the po-mo retro look quite delightfully... 50's haircut and sheer blouse, with black bra (or bodice?), nails & earrings (plugs?), and of course, piercings. Yep.
