As for Yung Haggerty, he recently appeared on NYC Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club. I know this because my older brother texted me about it, which just further illustrates that Mack has really broken the fuck through.
One of the hosts, Charlemagne, says that Mack has an attorney vibe, uh, LOL. Then DJ Envy calls him "Elvis of hiphop" but tries to make it a compliment. Later, Charlemagne offers Mack a drink, which is pretty classy. Mainstream hiphop outlets coming to grips with Macklemore is like watching the most awkward arranged marriage of all time.
Seattle MC Feezable the Germ is working on an album with Gran Rapid's Jay Battle—before we get that though, he's remixed Macklemore's "Thrift Shop".
