J.PHLIP'S ELEGANTLY DIRTY TECHNO
J.Phlip (aka Jessica Phillippe) is one of the mainstays of the great American label Dirtybird, which is renowned for its loaded stable of eccentric techno and house artists. Phlip splits her time between San Francisco and Berlin, two of the world's hottest dance-music spots, and it's no surprise that she's one of the most reliable floor-filling DJs on the circuit. She's also probably one of the few jocks who can bridge the chasm between cerebral Decibel Fest heads and affluent Belltown denizens who couldn't care less who's on the decks, as long as they play tracks that'll help 'em get laid.
