Song / Upcoming Drink In the New Milk Music

Milk Music offer this song from their forthcoming and cleverly titled Cruise Your Illusion, which is due out April 2nd. They're headed down the West Coast in March, and they'll hit Black Lodge on the 15th of that month. They'll be racing tour vans south with fellow Olympians Gun Outfit, a bill that makes about as much sense as electric as a good day drunk and winning the lottery. Based on this one song, which is always a super-reliable way to predict the rest of the record, it sounds like MM have tuned and tamped the bliss-squall of the Beyond Living EP, or at least relative to this number, which has been my Best Song Ever (This Week)™ at least a million times. Dig the late-'80s SST-ness of it all.

sounds terrible. this band is losing the plot.

also... "a bill that makes about as much sense as electric as a good day drunk and winning the lottery" ???
