If you ask me, the funny EP title could use an umlaut or two, but that small criticism aside, Grenades' self-released four-song EP is definitely worth blasting into your ears this afternoon should you need a shot in the arm... er, ears.

The band recorded it live in their practice space and the tracklisting includes an even more aggressive version of "In Gold," from their first demo, and a cover of Frodus' "The Awesome Machine." Yes!

You can hear it, and buy a digital copy, here. Or, if you're still into physical music, bring $5 to the Passive Aggressive 1st Anniversary show at the Highline this Friday (with Grenades, Norska, Samothrace, and Great Falls!) and you can get one of the limited edition red cassette tapes.

The band's full-length, Heaven Is Empty (which is pretty killer) will be released this spring.
