It took Them , and prolly a handful of amphetimines, to smash AND block this trad blues song, Big Joe Williams's "Baby Please Don't Go," into a '60s beat/garage anthem. A lotta bands covered the song using Them's arrangement—Them's version is canon—but this version by the Moonrakers does it sweet, sweet justice.
The Moonrakers were a long running Denver, Colorado group and released SEVEN 45s, and even an LP!!
