Listen, y'all...I might go for a run. I'm getting old and kinda think I need to do something to reverse this aging process. Would it be weird to go for a jog while listening to, say, a group like Edgar Broughton Band?
I don't like disco/R2D2 music, like what peeps on TV consider exercise music, so I figure some heavy long hair jams might help me run as fast. Or just...RUN! Uh...it should be no shocker as a record nerd, I'm not an athlete, so this is gonna be all new; DO I HAFTA BUY TRAINERS?! I bet my topsider Vans™ won't work, or will they? Can record nerds BE athletic?!?
