Aside from the Vitaminwater flavors Rescue, Charge, Connect, and Attention (which are all flavored green), I've had a nagging desire to find out the environmental practices of Coca-Cola, the company that owns Vitaminwater. 50 Cent was nowhere to be found to give a statement, so I was pleased to discover a Vitaminwater tent at the festival today.
I had a difficult time getting to the tent because of the crowd of people drinking from thousands of thimble-sized plastic cups that Vitaminwater was giving out for free. I saw a child get bumped, who then spilled his cup, 80% of the contents evaporated before it hit the ground.
When I finally arrived at the front of the crowd, I was told that the person giving out samples couldn't make a statement about the environmental practices of Coca-Cola. Alas, it appears that I will never find out.
