The Bachs album is one of the few garage records that couldn't be more perfect. It sounds like it was recorded through a tin can, but is all the better for it.
The Bachs were from Chicago suburbs Lake Forest and Lake Bluff and were only a group for about three years. They played teen clubs, school dances, and parties; the usual. Reputedly, only 150 copies of this album were pressed, and it was late to the game, released in 1968.
