Tonight marks the final show booked by Cairo all-ages scene catalyst Ian Kim Judd. He's moving to New York at the end of the month (damn it). His Seattle send-off will be an appropriately weird event, headlined by that incandescent warper of synthesizer tones Spencer Clark (aka Portland's Monopoly Child Star Searchers, Vodka Soap, Charles Berlitz, etc., and head of the Pacific City Sound Visions label). Supporting are Mega Bog and Secret Colors.
Judd had a great run booking Cairo over the last few years, with bills featuring Blank Realm, High Wolf, Daniel Higgs, Panabrite, Hair and Space Museum, and many other underground luminaries. He also played a major role in launching the Expo 70 festival. Good luck, Ian.
Set times: 8:00 - Mega Bog 8:30 - Secret Colors 9:15 - Spencer Clark
