Sound familiar. This woman is the true scum, and there is, documented, evidence all over the place, including her Facebook page. Who cares how much you weigh. You're still a bitch.

My girlfriend and I had without question the worst restaurant/bar experience of our lives at this place over the weekend. I don't even know where to begin.

I've been to the attached bar called Chacha drinking with friends a few times in the past, but had never tried Bimbos. I had heard they had some decent mexican-ish food so my girlfriend and I stopped by to grab a bite.

From the moment we sat down we felt like we had just entered a clubhouse we weren't invited to. The woman who was supposed to be serving us seemingly ignored us for 25 minutes. Granted it was somewhat busy, but she certainly saw us. A few of her friends were there and she kept chatting them up... all the while shooting us glances as we uncomfortably tried to get her attention.

After close to a half hour she finally asked if we wanted any drinks. We told her our drink order and she immediately walked off before I could even get a chance to ask about the food menu... I wasn't sure if it was going to be another half hour until we had a chance to place our food order so I kind of shouted "wait!" as she was fleeing to fill our drink order. Bad move, I guess... she turned around looking more than a little peeved that I had interrupted her. I asked if we could place a food order before she left... she slapped a menu in front of me and I quickly ordered a couple tacos. She suggested we upgrade to "double decker" tacos (which apparently are held together by beans... which my girlfriend isn't a fan of)... We declined the upgrade. The waitress looked at us like we were fools... "It's free"... My girlfriend responded with a joke about counting her calories... the waitress countered with some snarky comment about "you could use a little extra weight" (in retrospect this might have been a compliment, but my girlfriend has struggled with anorexia and didn't appreciate it)... We again declined and once again the waitress stormed off looking agitated. Honestly considered leaving at this point.

About 10 minutes go by and we still haven't received our drinks. Waitress is back to chatting with her friends. I flag her down and she literally rolled her eyes made a hand gesture as if to say "yeah, yeah simmer down... one second"... I reminder her about our margaritas... she huffs off, and brings them a few minutes later.

Finish our drinks... wait... wait... wait... no food. Wait some more... wait... Consider flagging down the waitress again, but think better of it. Luckily after close to an hour our tacos come out...

Double decker tacos. Wait, what?! ... Honestly wouldn't have been a big deal, but my girlfriend has a serious problem with beans and she's pretty angry at this point... so she starts giving the waitress a little attitude back and complains about the double decker tacos. The waitress looks at my girlfriend like she's utterly insane. Says something to the extent of "it's free... why are you complaining?" (meaning the "double decker" upgrade) ... It isn't what we ordered! ... I somewhat intervene and say it's no big deal... we can just peel off the "double decker" layer and the beans, but I obviously understood my girlfriend's frustration. Waitress responds with "good idea" and begins to walk off... I stop her once again and order our last couple drinks and ask to close out our bill (which to her credit she promptly retrieved for us... though clearly begrudgingly)...

Never once did she offer an apology. Never once did she offer to waive part of the bill for the mistake. In fact, she actually overcharged us by putting the wrong drinks on our bill... I didn't have the strength to really fight her on it (and didn't want to wait another hour to get it resolved). Horrible service. Horrible Experience. It was almost like "you idiots should be lucky I even served you at all"...

1 Star. However, If 10 dollar margaritas, free (mandatory) double decker upgrades and dehumanizing service are your thing... Go for it!

The original Drew Meyer doesn't have a case at all, and everyone knows it.

And what says Victoria Liss "didn't scribble that note" is that she fingered the wrong target later on!!! (how dense can you be?) (had it been, oh, say, the Andrew Meyer who used to make fun of her in 4th grade, she wouldn't have randomly fingered some guy in Texas for the offense)

Finally, your continued stupidity is on exhibit here based on the fact that you still believe this HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE amount of the TIP!!!

Everyone everywhere who has any common sense knows this so-called 'witch hunt' has zero to do with the amount of Drew Meyer's tip. (FYI, WinTard, a "witch hunt" suggests a world of make believe, as there were no "witches" back in Salem so many years ago)

Drew Meyer very clearly instigated that which is soon to come his way, and society all around knows there wasn't an ounce of make-believe involved. We've all seen the evidence.

Sleep easy at night? Now that both of you are liable for release of confidential information, defamation and slander, involving TORT and PUNITIVE damages. Involving TWO individuals, one completely undeserving from all the hate mail and reputation distortion he received.

You got to love these tabloids like the Seattle Weekly for their sensationalist journalism without any due diligence to journalistic integrity, such as verifying the facts, and perhaps such a waitress didn't deserve any tip? And who says she didn't scribble that note?

Same goes for all the shitheads who blew up this non-issue into a witch hunt!

Tipping is an honor and privilege to be received for good service, not a right for poor service and attitude.

This is totally different. To the customer, as well as the sloggers saying "Well, she is fat:" Other people's bodies are not your business.
