RSS icon Comments on How Perez Hilton Plans to Save the Music Industry

This guy will not save you. Fucking tool!
Why do you even give this guy any mention?
At least Trent has had some good sense recently by fawning over the greatness of the Boredoms.

The future is a $5 CD bundled with a bonus DVD? Screw the majors, unless this contract pans out? Britney can suck his dick? What an idiot.

The future, as we're already seeing, is free files for casual listeners, more expensive packages for patrons/fans/collectors, and the real money being made of touring and non-downloadable merch like clothing (hence the industry's recent championing of the so-called "360 deal").

Of course, I'll still count on Perez for all my celebrity vagina needs. Douchebag.

"I would definitely practically give away music but not really. I would slash iTunes prices. Instead of paying $10 for an album, make it five."

The genius can't make it to the end of his first declarative sentence without backpedaling twice, culminating with something that pays artists half-royalties in comparison to iTunes? Craptastic!
